Terms of Payment

Prices are those ruling at the time of delivery or collection.

All goods remain the property of Brtambles.pet until they have been paid for in full.

Delivery

​

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for late delivery.

​

We do not deliver outside the British Isles.

​

Quality​

 

Goods supplied are warranted to be of satisfactory quality.

​

No warranty is given for any specific purpose other than the commonly intended use or as specified by the relevant manufacturer.

​

Issues with billing, stock, or damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made after this period may not be processed.

​

Any goods claimed to be defective must be returned with the appropriate receipt or evidence of purchase.

If goods are proven to be defective at the time of sale, Brambles.pet reserves the right to replace them.

Ownership of any replaced goods remains with, or reverts to, Brambles.pet

​

Returned Goods

​

Brambles.pet accepts no liability for goods returned without prior written authority.

​

Cancellation of orders will not be accepted unless agreed in writing by Brambles.pet.

​

Where cancellations are agreed, the customer will be liable for a handling charge.

​

Safe Use of Products

​

Customers have a duty to use and operate all goods supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for safe use.

​

Customers must ensure that all relevant safety instructions are conveyed effectively to any person using the goods.

​

Brambles.pet accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the use of products, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Legal Jurisdiction

​

All contracts for the supply of goods and services are deemed to have been agreed at Brambles.pet premises.

​

Both parties agree to be bound by UK law.

​

Unfair Contract Terms Act Compliance

​

These terms and conditions have been drawn up with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 in mind, and Brambles.pet believes them to be fair and reasonable.

If the customer believes otherwise, they must notify Brambles.pet in writing before placing an order.

VAT Policy United Kingdom

​

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

​

Offshore Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, etc.)

​

The Channel Islands and Isle of Man are not part of the UK or EU for VAT purposes, so the standard 20% UK VAT does not apply.

​

The website prices shown for these areas already include VAT at 0%.

No further price reduction will be applied for these locations.

​

Customers in these areas who wish to enquire about "pre-VAT" pricing or delivery should use our contact form.

​

Our usual shipping services are not used for the Channel Islands. Please contact us for delivery options.

​

Rest of the World

​

We do not usually deliver outside the British Isles.

​

Purchasing Goods Within the Windsor Framework (Northern Ireland)

​

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that they are intended for use and resale exclusively within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

​

You agree not to sell, distribute, or forward these products to the Republic of Ireland.

​

Any breach of this condition may result in legal action and the termination of your right to purchase our products.
