Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be requested before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before making a request.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
